Salary: £45,000 - £52,000

Positive Support for You CIC is seeking a Registered Manager for our Children’s Services. With an outstanding reputation and CQC rating, we are expanding our services to meet growing demand. As a Small Supports provider, we pride ourselves on fostering independence, collaboration, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage services to ensure high-quality care aligned with OFSTED regulations.

• Build and maintain relationships with families, stakeholders, and commissioners.

• Oversee and develop person-centred support plans and staff teams.

• Manage budgets and ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing services for children with learning disabilities or complex needs.

• Knowledge of OFSTED regulations and person-centred care.

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
