Job Title: Registered Manager, Children’s Services
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: £45,000 - £52,000
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Positive Support for You CIC is seeking a Registered Manager for our Children’s Services. With an outstanding reputation and CQC rating, we are expanding our services to meet growing demand. As a Small Supports provider, we pride ourselves on fostering independence, collaboration, and community participation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage services to ensure high-quality care aligned with OFSTED regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with families, stakeholders, and commissioners.
Oversee and develop person-centred support plans and staff teams.
Manage budgets and ensure operational excellence.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing services for children with learning disabilities or complex needs.
Knowledge of OFSTED regulations and person-centred care.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
